The scope of work included demolition, asbestos abatement, installation of a new drywall system, new flooring, carpentry, application of new finishes including sheet vinyl, millwork, wall protection, ceilings, handrail, crash rail, and painting. The renovation also involved intricate installation of new mechanical and electrical systems, including critical and normal power, medical gases, fire protection, fire alarms, medical headwalls, plumbing, a nurse station, a new nurse call system, and achieved ADA and life safety compliance.

The scope of work consisted of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, millwork, finish carpentry, abatement, doors, and hardware. Mechanical work involved ductwork, insulation, valves, dampers, balance testing, and controls. Electrical work included LED lighting, receptacles, switches, panel upgrades, fire alarms, security, and nurse call systems. The restrooms were renovated for ADA compliance. Fire sprinklers were replaced and relocated, and the medical gases system was updated. Interior renovations included carpentry new doors, frames, and hardware.

The project converted an existing space within the pharmacy area into a CHEMO Room, ANTE Room, and IV Room. The scope of work involved demolishing existing partitions and MEP in the space, building new partitions and low return chases, installing a new acoustical ceiling and flooring, replacing existing equipment with new hoods, and adding new mechanical equipment such as exhaust fans, diffusers, and VAVs. Additionally, new VFDs were installed in the Electrical room for the exhaust fans, along with new fire alarm devices and fire sprinklers.
